The Government of Sarajevo Canton (CS) has issued a conclusion regarding the employment of 13 doctors specializing in anesthesia and resuscitation at the General Hospital “Prim. “It was ordered to the Health Insurance Institute of CS that, with the consent of the Ministry of Health of CS from 12.05.2021 for the transfer of staff, ie employment without a public announcement procedure, reducing the funds of the Public Institution Clinical Center in the position of the Financial Plan of the Health Insurance Fund by the amount of gross salaries and benefits of 13 doctors specializing in anesthesia and resuscitation, and increasing fees for health care positions institutions in which the employment of the mentioned workers will be established, and according to the parameters of calculation of compensations for health institutions,” it was announced from the Service for Protocol and Press CS.

“Transfer, ie employment of the mentioned health personnel without a public advertising procedure is enabled by the Decree on the procedure of employment in institutes, agencies, directorates and administrative organizations, legal entities with public authorizations in the canton, city or municipality, and in economic companies in which a canton, city or municipality participates with more than 50 percent of the total capital of the Government of CS ”, it is stated in the conclusion of the Government.

This procedure of the Government is explained by the need to preserve highly qualified and necessary staff in the health system of Sarajevo Canton, especially in the conditions of a pandemic.
