Greece, Egypt and Turkey again popular Tourist Destinations

According to the World Travel Marker Industry report from London, destinations such as Greece, Egypt and Turkey should restore their popularity.

More than 2.000 buyers were surveyed and half of the global sample said that they plan on talking with those who offer tourist arrangements in Egypt, Greece or Turkey.

These three tourist destinations lost their popularity over the past few years because of political instability and terrorist attacks, which led many tourist agencies to pull back or limit their presence.

However, that might change soon. According to WTM research, 37 percent of the total sample wants to talk to Greek businessmen, 29% with Turkish, and 17 percent with Egyptian.

It seems like many other buyers also reached a final decision. Eight out of ten buyers who spoke with Turkish, Greek and Egyptian businessmen plan on signing contracts.
