Professor emeritus Enver Halilović stated today at the session of the Association of Independent Intellectuals “Circle 99” that the declaration adopted recently at the “All-Serbian Parliament” represents a synthesis of all historical forms of Greater Serbian political projects from Načertanija to the SANU Memorandum.
As a keynote speaker on the topic “Anti-Bosnian doctrine and ideology of the ‘Declaration of the All-Serbian Parliament'”, Halilović said that the important difference is that the previous documents were written by individuals, while this declaration was created by the President of Serbia, the President of the Republika Srpska, and adopted by the Government of Serbia and the Government of the RS on joint session.
Another important difference, according to Halilović, is that all previous Great Serbian documents have some literary, scientific and historical form and content, and this declaration, in contrast to them, is, above all, a political document and has a state-binding utility value, which draws even more attention to worries himself.
Halilović stated that the essence of Serbian state policy is precisely the ethnic favoritism of the Serbian national question, which makes that policy conquering, hegemonic and big-state.
“The declaration on the protection of national and political rights and the common future of the Serbian people represents a legal and political aggression against Bosnia and Herzegovina, but also a secessionist attack by the RS on the integrity and sovereignty of BiH,” said Halilović.
He pointed out that the declaration significantly limits the legal and political sovereignty of Bosnia and Herzegovina in one of its administrative parts – in the RS, and discloses the determination to create a possible new form of state united by Serbia and Republika Srpska, i.e. the breakup of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The session also announced the holding of a convention of non-governmental organizations, representatives of the academic community and state-forming political parties under the slogan “Bosnia is ours – Bosnia!” in Sarajevo, on July 4, 2024, to express resistance to the further collapse of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina in a transparent and patriotic way, Fena writes.
