Historical Museum has extended Working Hours until Midnight

historijski_muzej_bihA great move by the Historical Museum in Sarajevo. During the Sarajevo Film Festival, its opening hours extended until midnight!

Despite the lack of the funds and unresolved legal status, instead of the news of the closure, from this museum to us come pleasant surprises from month to month.

Current offers of the Historical Museum are:

The exhibition “Sarajevo under Siege” , The Exhibition “Bosnia and Herzegovina through the ages“, The Exhibition “The Suffering of Roma during World War II“, The Exhibition “Restoration in progress“,  The Exhibition of photographs by Jim Marshall “15 years” and The exhibition “20 Years of International Justice” the guest exhibition from The Hague souvenirs.

Congratulations to the management of this cultural institution and call to everyone that these days are in Sarajevo – to visit the Historical Museum at least once to give their contribution to the campaign to save the cultural institutions of a national importance! The lack of visitors is and argument for those who think that our museums and cultural institutions are not needed!
