The world’s largest hotel brand, Marriot, that is also the first international hotel brand present at the BH market, after opening of the Sarajevo Residence Inn by Marriott in November last year, is announcing the opening of its second hotel in the center of Sarajevo.
Courtyard by Marriott should be opened in Sarajevo in the first week of July this year.
With the largest global system of rooms that Courtyard has in the Marriott‘s portfolio, this brand in Sarajevo will dispose with 130 rooms and two apartments. The hotel will offer all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay for clients who come to Sarajevo for business purposes and will be located in Skenderija, the attractive location for stay of hotel guests due to the proximity of the diplomatic-consular offices and administrative and cultural institutions.

The investor of the hotel is the company LAKE d.o.o., while the hotel management was entrusted to the company Interstate Hotels and
Resorts. Scott Brownrigg, the international company from London and the winner of numerous awards, is responsible for the architectural part and the interior design, while local companies are implementing various stages of the project.
