Humanity in Action novovrijeme.baYoung Edin Mujkanović (1991) from Zenica has been suffering from ulcerative colitis for three years now, which is a severe disease of the intestines. His only hope is a biological therapy and medication Vedolizumab, for which it is necessary to allocate around 100.000 BAM.

This young man from Zenica does not have that money, so his friends decided to help him raise the money.

As they do not have that much money themselves, dozens of Edin’s friends last night went out to the streets of Zenica and offered cakes to the passersby, asking for a symbolic fee in turn. They handed over the raised money to their diseased friend.

“Edin is my longtime friend, and we launched this campaign hoping for his recovery. This is just the beginning, we have many more activities in mind. We will sell the cookies again, brooches and bracelets”, said Edin’s friend Azrina Mulić.

Money for Edin’s treatment can also be paid through the accounts at the UniCredit Bank:

Bank account 3385802542023007

Foreign currency account IBAN BA 39 33858028 4202 4316

SWIFT: UNCRBA22
