Ibrahimovic on the largest Swedish Banknote!

Zlatan Ibrahimovic almost has legendary status in his homeland. Besides having a statute of him built in front of a stadium in Stockholm, the best offensive soccer player in Swedish history got another artistic installation dedicated to him.

Namely, his portrait is on the 1,000 Swedish krone banknote, the largest Swedish banknote, according to Goal.com

Ibra revealed that information by posting a photograph on Instagram with the caption “You have Benjamin Franklin and you have me,” alluding to the most popular banknote in the world, the 100 US dollar one.

Unfortunately, Ibrahimovic won’t be able to spend it in a store in Sweden since the banknote with his portrait isn’t a legal tender but rather the work of Swedish artist Binge Rimer; however, perhaps they’ll print a “real” Ibrahimovic in Sweden soon.
