Implementation of some of the planned projects that the Municipality of Srebrenica is to implement thanks to the funds provided by the Government of Serbia should being in May, it was stated today after the visit by the expert team of Serbian Government to Srebrenica.
The aim of the visit was to make an agreement on implementation of key projects for this municipality. The team of the Government of Serbia will work on the making of project documentation together with colleagues from the Srebrenica Municipality.
Advisor to the vice-president of the Government of Serbia Rade Obradović confirmed that the machinery will be on the field in May and that all four construction sites will be in function by the end of the summer.
Obradović highlights that their wish is for the projects to be worked on in parallel, because the necessary funds are provided.

Value of the projects to be implemented is three million EUR and the Serbian Government promised to pay these funds to the municipality during the investment-development conference held in November last year.
The projects to be financed are reconstruction of the main road in the city center, construction of a demolished bridge and access road at the Perućac Lake, regulation of the Križeriva riverbed, construction of a kindergarten in Srebrenica, and expansion of the Potočari industrial zone.
