Improvement of economic and trade relation between BiH and China is a priority

vjekoslav_bevanda-01Chairman of BiH Council of Minister Vjekoslav Bevanda met today with the newly appointed ambassador of PR China to BiH Dong Chunfeng.

They expressed their satisfaction with bilateral relations and noted they are friendly with tendency of improvement.

The ambassador said that BiH is an important partner for China and expressed interest of China in improving cooperation with BIH on principles of mutual respect and trust.

He noted that PR China appreciates the support of the policy ‘one China’ and continued diplomatic support of BiH on international level.

The ambassador said that Premier of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China Li Keqiang greeted Bevanda and Chunfeng noted that the priority of his work in BiH is to strengthen economic and trade cooperation.

Bevanda noted that the improvement of economic and trade relation is a joint priority and expressed satisfaction of the cultural cooperation of two countries.

He especially greeted the initiative of PR China to open the department of Chinese language and culture on universities of BIH and added that he hopes that universities of BIH will recognise the importance of this project.
