Increase in Number of Persons infected with Coronavirus in Bosnia and Herzegovina

In the past 24 hours, 311 laboratory samples were tested in Republika Srpska entity, and coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) was confirmed in 26 more people.

In the last 24 hours, one death was reported to the RS Institute of Public Health, in which the presence of coronavirus was confirmed. It is an elderly man from Doboj with chronic associated diseases.

So far, 1.931 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in RS, and a total of 121 people have died. A total of 1.269 people have recovered, and 34.556 people were tested.

The total number of hospitalized in RS is 108, of which 46 at the University Clinical Center and 62 in general hospitals.

In the past 24 hours, 1.080 samples were tested in the Federation of BiH, of which 37 were positive for COVID-19.

As of today, 1.000 patients have recovered in the Federation of BiH, while 585 cases positive for COVID-19 are currently active.
