The 26th International Economic Fair – Mostar 2025, which will gather a record number of exhibitors from multiple countries worldwide, will be held from April 8th to 12th, with the partner country being the Republic of Italy.
According to the organizers, this year’s fair will host around 800 exhibitors in two large, modern indoor pavilions, as well as in the outdoor section, covering a total exhibition area of over 30.000 square meters.
“We are extremely honored that the partner country for the 26th Mostar Fair is the Republic of Italy, a friendly nation that was also our partner country back in 2011. We have a very good cooperation with Italy and its exhibitors, which will be further strengthened through this partnership,” said the director of the Mostar Fair, Dalfina Bosnjak, adding that exhibitors from Italy will be presented at a joint stand covering approximately 400 square meters.
She also stated that it is too early to discuss the protocol details of the fair’s opening, but following the usual tradition, the honor of officially opening the 26th International Economic Fair – Mostar 2025 should belong to a representative of the partner country.
The Mostar Fair is also pleased with the response from exhibitors, as they have already nearly filled all exhibition spaces.
“It is certain that the 26th fair in Mostar will gather a record number of exhibitors from various countries worldwide. The majority of participants will be domestic exhibitors, representatives of the partner country, as well as those from other countries in the region and the European Union (EU),” emphasized the director of the Mostar Fair.
Speaking about the fair’s accompanying program, Bosnjak stated that they strive each year to be more innovative and diverse in their fair programming and that they are currently dedicated to preparing conferences and expert gatherings.
“With our Italian partners and economic chambers (the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH)and the Foreign Trade Chamber of BiH), we are planning B2B meetings. In addition to the conference and exhibition segments of the fair, we pay special attention to wine and viticulture through wine evaluations and the awarding of recognitions to the best winemakers,” she highlighted, adding that the fair will also feature a rich cultural and entertainment program.
She also mentioned that the signing of significant contracts, crucial for the further economic development of Mostar, Herzegovina, and BiH as a whole, is expected.
“We hope that in 2025, the fair will once again result in a series of business agreements, leading to investments in BiH and, consequently, the creation of new jobs,” Bosnjak stated.
She further emphasized that the Mostar Fair should be, and indeed is, one of the driving forces of the country’s economic development.
“In addition to fostering strong connections between entrepreneurs from the region and beyond, the fair records significant attendance year after year,” concluded the director of the Mostar Fair.
In terms of the number of exhibitors and visitors, the Mostar Fair is undoubtedly the most successful trade exhibition in BiH and beyond.
