North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has said he will not hesitate to use all available offensive capabilities if his country is attacked, the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported.
The report said Kim mentioned the possibility of using nuclear weapons if other countries tried to violate North Korea’s sovereignty.
“If the enemy, overcome by extreme stupidity and recklessness, tries to use the armed forces against the sovereignty of North Korea, full of excessive confidence in the alliance of Seoul and Washington despite our constant warnings, North Korea will not hesitate to use all offensive forces at its disposal, including nuclear weapons,” said Kim.
He described South Korean President Jun Suk Jeol as a “puppet” and pointed out that Seoul has developed the delusion that Pyongyang is persecuting him, TASS reported.
According to him, the threatening rhetoric of hostile countries will not stop North Korea’s military development.
