Kuwaiti company Wataniya Airways will increase the number of flights between Sarajevo and Kuwait City on two to three per week since the month of June this year.

As announced from the company, Wataniya Airways will fly to Sarajevo on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays until the mid-September. During the winter period, flights will be conducted only on Thursdays.

Sarajevo has been connected with Kuwait since July 13, last year, when the first plane landed on the International Airport Sarajevo.

Flights are conducted with the modern Airbus A320-200 with a capacity of 132 passengers.

In the period from August to September 2013, Sarajevo was connected with Kuwait through the company Kuwait Airways.
