Serb educational-cultural association ”Prosvjeta” will organise on Thursday, 21 February in Sarajevo a lecture on topic ”Mythology of Old Slavs in the area of Bosnia and Herzegovina”.

The lecturer will be the Slavic mythology expert Toni Petković, said ”Prosvjeta”.

Mythology of our ancestors is still present in our lives, and names of Slavic deities have found its place in place names (Triglav, Veles, etc.).

Petković, in cooperation with his colleagues from the Faculty of Philosophy of Zagreb, has been studying the remnants and presence of Slavic mythology and heritage in BiH.

The lecture will be held on Thursday, 21 February at 7 p.m. in the premises of ”Preporod” in the street Sime Milutinovića Sarajlije br. 1
