Mandator of Tuzla Canton government Bahrija Umihanić sent a call for a meeting with representatives of Tuzla Canton Plenum of citizens, in which the legal team of Plenum responded.
The legal team of Plenum in the response stated that nobody is authorized to act on the behalf of Plenum of citizens of Tuzla Canton, therefore invites the new Mandator at the 11th working session of Plenum on Saturday, 15 March, to present to citizens his working program.
Also, in the response is stated that the Assembly of Tuzla Canton has completely ignored the requests of Plenum of citizens which were adopted at the last public working meeting held on 6 March.
Requests were, that until Monday 10 March, the Tuzla Canton Assembly to organize a public debate on candidates for Mandators of Tuzla Canton and the public debate to be transmitted by RTV of Tuzla Canton as a public service of Tuzla Canton, and that the debate to be open for all the interested medias.
“Considering the fact that Tuzla Canton Assembly did not accept the demands of the Plenum, currently does not exists any chance to meet with any delegation of the plenum, thus the program of your work can be exclusively presented at the scheduled open public session of the Plenum”, is underlined in the response to Umihanić.
