Blatuša Loop Reconstruction zenicablog.comWorks on the reconstruction at the loop of the main road M17 in the Zenica settlement Blatuša should start on Monday, it was announced after a meeting at which the manner of traffic conduction and entrance to the city during the execution of the first stage of works, lasting for 120 days, was made precise.

It was agreed that the entrance to the city via Blatuša loop will be allowed to all vehicles during November, and the exit will be performed only via Radakovo loop and at Lašva loop for freight vehicles.

As of December 2 until the end of the construction works, traffic will be completely suspended at Blatuša loop, and it will thereby have to be conducted exclusively via Radakovo and Lašva loops. In that period, traffic via Radakovo loop will be allowed primarily for the traffic of buses and small trucks weighing not more than 7.5 tons, and trucks with larger weight will traffic exclusively via Lašva loop and enter the city at the Main City Road.

During the reconstruction at Blatuša loop, which is to cost around 1.1 million BAM, minor alterations in the planned conduction of traffic might occur temporarily, and those will not change significantly the plan of traffic conduction brought by the representatives of Public Enterprise “Roads of FB&H”, the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Zenica-Doboj Canton, and the Directorate of Roads of Zenica-Doboj Canton.
