Belgian Matthias Leterme has been appointed acting general manager of the Football Club (FK) Sarajevo.

He was given a mandate for 90 days, and thus will fill the vacant position in the club, after the departure of Ajla Alimanović a few months ago.

The former director of the Belgian Kortrijk (from 2009 to June 2023) in FK Sarajevo was tasked with forming a team composed of local and foreign sports workers and strengthening the Board of Directors, which, as they pointed out in the “burgundy” camp, will help in the growth of the club in all segments in the coming period.

Leterme will officially start working at FK Sarajevo tomorrow, meeting with the employees of this Bosnian Premier League team, AA writes.
