Mayor of Belgrade and president of the Democratic Party (Serbia) Dragan Đilas visited Mostar yesterday in order to attend slava (patron saint’s day) of the orthodox bishop Grigorije, who returned to Mostar two years ago.
Mayor of Mostar Ljubo Bešlić greeted Đilas and gave him a tour around the city.
”I am happy to see a rebuilt Mostar and I’m happy that it has lots of bridges. I do hope that people here will continue to live side by side”, said Đilas.
Đilas added that he’s grateful for Bešlić’s help to bishop and Serbs of Mostar.
