The Zenica Cantonal Hospital confirmed the death of a member of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina with N.S. initials, who died as a result of infection with the Covid-19 virus.
The deceased was a member of the Demining Battalion of the Tactical Support Brigade of the Armed Forces of BiH, and coronavirus infection was confirmed on July 27.
This is the third member of the BiH Armed Forces who died as a result of the Covid-19 virus infection.
The Ministry of Defense of BiH, headed by Minister Sifet Podžic and his deputies Mijo Kresic and Mirko Okolic, expressed their condolences to the family of the deceased.
