Member of the delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of B&H (PSB&H) in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Ismeta Dervoz will present in Belgrade today the PSB&H at the meeting of the Committee on Culture and Information of the National Assembly of Serbia and the Sub-Committee on Media and Information Committee on Culture, Science, Education and Media of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe in Belgrade.
Protecting freedom of media and policy priorities for audiovisual media in Europe are the topic of this joint meeting.
Tomorrow, members of the Sub-Committee for media and information will take part at the Conference of the ministers of the Council of Europe in charge of media and information on the topic ‘Freedom of expression and democracy in the digital era’.
During the conference, through three sessions, they will speak about solving the current threats to journalism, internet access and basic rights, pluralism, diversity, equality in the new media ecosystem, announced the Office of Public Relations of the B&H Parliamentary Assembly.
