At the 6th European Conference on medical and biological engineering to be held from 7th to 10th September in Dubrovnik, the members of the Medical & Biological Engineering Society in B&H (DMBIUBIH) will present two scientific studies.
Studies entitled „Diagnosis of Epilepsy from EEG Signals using Global Wavelet Power Spectrum“and „Classification of asthma utilizing integrated software suite” are written by mr. Almir Badnjević, dipl.ing.el. doc.dr. Dušanka Bošković, doc. dr. Samir Avdaković and mr.dr. Ibrahim Omerhodžić.
What a great importance the DMBIUBIH has at the international level is confirmed by the fact that the executive director of the DMBIUBIH, Almir Badnjević is named chairman of the session about cardiovascular, respiratory and endocrinologic engineering at the European level, which is a great honour and responsibility.
Besides, Badnjević is also invited to present experiences about implementing a law regulation on medical devices in B&H on a separate lecture for all participants of the conference, which is really a unique thing for B&H.
