Members of AF raised 64,000 BAM for Families of Armin Salkić and Nedeljko Radić

Armed Forces Fundraising avaz.baThe 10th session of Expert Board, chaired by the Minister of Defense of B&H Marina Pendeš, was held yesterday at the premises of the Ministry of defense of B&H.

The Expert Board was informed that, after the murder of two members of Armed Forces of B&H, a voluntary fundraising was organized and 64,000 BAM were raised. This money will be donated to families of the corporal Nedeljko Radić and the private of first class Armin Salkić.

At the session, the highest representatives of the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of B&H considered the implementation of liabilities of the Ministry of Defense towards suppliers and service providers in 2015 and the implementation of Integral Action Plan for elimination of deficiencies in the report of the Audit Office of B&H on financial audit of the Ministry of Defense for 2014. Moreover, at the session the Minister Pendeš highlighted priorities of the Ministry and the Armed Forces in 2015.

Priority tasks in 2016 include fight against corruption, transparency in the process of implementation of public procurements, systematic solving of the status of professional military personnel, reduction of possible defects in the process of admission to the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of B&H to a minimum and complete transparency in the process of sending members of the Armed Forces of B&H to peacekeeping missions.
