Residents of Mile Budak Street in Mostar have noticed a puppy captured in a rock on an inaccessible part of the Neretva River bed.
They called for the Mountain Rescue Service to help, and two members of the HGSS Mostar pulled the dog out and took him to the vet for hospitalization.
