Members of the Mountain Rescue Service, Station Sarajevo, rescued three women today who were lost on the Sarajevo Ozren mountain.

In the afternoon, the Mountain Rescue Service (GSS) Station Sarajevo received a call and information that three middle-aged women were lost in the area of Mount Ozren and that one of them was in a bad state of health and could not continue moving.

The operatives on duty at the Operations Center of the Civil Protection Service of the Municipality of Centar were immediately informed, and the officers of the GSS-Station Sarajevo, members of the unit of the Municipality of Centar, were sent to the field to search for the victims.

“Given that the victims were not able to send the exact location, the search went in several directions, and with the active help of the LD ‘Sarajevo’ hunters who found themselves in that area, the victims were eventually found, taken care of and evacuated,” it was announced from Gorska rescue services, Sarajevo Station.
