The President of Republika Srpska and suspect of an attack on the constitutional order, Milorad Dodik, has once again managed to enter Bosnia and Herzegovina without hindrance, despite the central arrest warrant issued for him a month ago.
“I have returned home to my village. See you in the city in the afternoon,” Dodik wrote on the social network X.
Yesterday, Dodik also crossed the state border without any problems and went to Serbia, where he spoke at a rally organized by Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić.
Regardless of the central arrest warrant issued for him, as well as for RS Prime Minister Radovan Višković and the President of the RS National Assembly Nenad Stevandić, by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dodik has already crossed the state border into Serbia several times without hindrance.
When he did this a few weeks ago, he traveled to Belgrade from where he first went to Israel and then to Russia, where he met with Vladimir Putin.
Let us remind you that yesterday Stevandić, who was a guest on regime television in Serbia, also crossed the state border.
They, as well as Višković, have been issued a central arrest warrant for failing to appear at a hearing at the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, in connection with the investigation into an attack on the constitutional order of our country.
This investigation was opened after the authorities in the RS adopted unconstitutional laws that would prohibit the work of state institutions (SIPA, Prosecutor’s Office, Court, HJPC) on the territory of the entity.
Judicial institutions in BiH have asked Interpol to issue an international arrest warrant, but the central office of this institution in Lyon has rejected the request.
