Milorad Dodik questioned in the Prosecutor’s Office in Sarajevo

dodik2The President of the RS, Milorad Dodik, appeared yesterday in the Prosecution of BiH to give a statement due to the failure to implement the decision of the Constitutional Court, respectively, organizing the referendum on the Day of the RS.

The Prosecutor of Department III of the Prosecutor’s Office, questioned Milorad Dodik as a suspect.

Suspect Dodik, is under investigation in a case related to a criminal offense of not enforcing the decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH, under Article 239 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

After questioning the suspect, acting Prosecutor will continue its investigation on this matter, as said in a statement of the Prosecution of BiH.

To recall, Dodik received the first call for a hearing more than three months ago, but he refused to come to the State Prosecution even under the threat of being arrested.
