Pawel Sala’s drama ”Mortal Kombajn”, directed by Dino Mustafić will be performed on the 26th December at the National Theater Sarajevo.
The text of the drama speaks about the post communistic, transitional country in a context of hyper-realism where themes of family, poverty, religion fanatics, street violence, and union ideologies are being explored.
The director of this drama, Dino Mustafić said that the text by the Polish playwright emphasizes issues of the Polish society that are very similar to the B&H society. This drama is also an incentive for raising discussions about the youth that is not stimulated to participate in activities for the improvement of their social status.
„Family as a constructs is falling apart, while the new generations are stuck in the period of transition.”- said the director Mustafić in a description of this drama.
The acting cast for this magnificent social drama consists of our best B&H actors. Those are: Ermin Sijamija, Josip Pejaković, Ejla Bavčić-Tarakčija, Alen Muratović, Hasija Borić, Miraj Grbić, Slaven Vidak, Adnan Hasković, Vedran Đekić, Damir Kustura, Edhem Husić, Nedim Zlatar and Elvir Salčinović.
