The Mayor of Mostar, Mario Kordić, met with the Ambassador of Egypt to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Yasser Abdelrahman Ali Sorour, yesterday in the premises of the City Hall.
On this occasion, the Ambassador of Egypt to Bosnia and Herzegovina launched an initiative to establish cooperation between the City of Mostar and Alexandria, the second largest city in Egypt.
This initiative was accepted by the mayor of Mostar, Kordić, who invited the governor of Alexandria to visit.
At the end of the meeting, the interlocutors concluded that Mostar and Alexandria have many different opportunities for cooperation.
This particularly applied to the field of tourism and renewable energy sources, according to the City Administration of the City of Mostar.
