Over the past two weeks, we had the opportunity to hang out with Roland Osborne, the co-founder of Olark from San Francisco. Olark is a company that works on enhancing relationships on the web and was once a startup in the Y Combinator accelerator. Olark’s current product enables businesses and clients to connect one-on-one via live chat.

At SPARK, Roland held a large number of lectures, workshops and 1:1 meetings with our startups and companies in the group. In addition to his personal experience in launching a successful startup, other topics he covered are UX/UI design and human resources. On Thursday, he hosted the open event named “Employee Wellness“, where we talked about productivity, innovation, and employment.

On Friday, Roland traveled to Sarajevo to keep sharing his experience and knowledge, but some new experts are coming to SPARK soon, is stated on Spark’s website
