For the next three years, Kotor Varoš plans to allocate around four million KM for the realization of projects aimed at environmental protection in the region.

‘’The most amount of money will be invested in conservation projects and protecting water supply, city landfill remediation, waste collection from animals and the development of environmental documents’’, announced from the municipal administration.

There is also a plan to create conditions for the separate removal of waste, as well as to arrange an interior complex for intake.

It is expected that for the realization of the ecologic project by 2016, Kotor Varoš will allocate 500,000 KM, and the rest of the 3.5 million KM will be given from funds at the level of RS and BiH, from foreign donors, as well as from public-private partnerships.
