pionirska 4Today, in Sarajevo zoo ‘Pionirska Dolina’ a ceremony was held on the occasion of arrival of 13 new animal species who arrived to Sarajevo from Ljubljana.

Ambassadors of Slovenia and Austria, representatives of Sarajevo Canton, City of Sarajevo and sponsors of new animals attended the ceremony.

These 13 new animals arrival is a result of friendly and business cooperation of Revelique Cosmetics from Austria and CM/Ovnak from Vitez who donated money this spring, and because of that citizens of Sarajevo will have the opportunity to see new wallabies, alpacas, maras, guanacos.

Manager of Pionirska Dolina Esad Tajić thanked everyone and added that Pionirska Dolina is a very important place for BiH since it is the only zoo in BiH.
