New EU Project of Support to Reformed, Efficient, Transparent Public Administration in B&H

BiH-EUAll media are invited to cover the opening conference of the EU funded project “Modernisation of HRM Systems in the Civil Service (EUHRM)” which will be held on Monday, 14 April 2014 at 13:00 hrs at the EU Delegation to BiH (Skenderija 3a) in Sarajevo.

Besides presentation of the planned activities and expected results of the project, draft Policy Framework for Development of Human Resource Management (HRM) in Public Administration Structures in BiH will also be presented at the conference. The aim of this document is to provide a unified platform for further reform efforts in the HRM area, which is expected to be supported during the conference by representatives of all institutions in charge of this issue at all levels of governments in BiH.

The conference will be opened by welcome remarks by Dr. Renzo Daviddi, Chargé d’Affaires a.i, EU Delegation to BiH. Speeches will follow by Barisa Colak, BiH Minister of Justice, Zoran Mikulic, FBiH Minister of Justice, Lejla Resic, RS Minister of Administration and Local Self-governance, Pejo Mendes, Head of Department for Expert and Administrative Affairs of Brcko District BiH Government, Semiha Borovac, State Coordinator for Public Administration Reform in BiH, and experts form SIGMA and EUHRM project
