The opening of “SLT Enterprise” was held on the occasion of the Day of the Municipality of Gracanica. It is a factory for the production of footwear that employs 110 workers and they are planning new employment in the future period.

The factory was constructed on about 1,000 square meters in less than a year. The owner of the factory, Nino Sabic, noted that this company produces footwear for markets of Italy and Germany.

Previously, the factory operated in a much smaller space and with a smaller number of employees, but the need for the construction of larger and more modern hall came due to their business success.

They employed 110 workers, which is just the beginning. They are planning to have 130 workers by the end of the month, and 160 by the end of the year. As they noted, they could immediately employ 500 people if they had larger capacities.

They also praised great cooperation with the local administration, since all the necessary permits were issued on time.

The mayor Nusret Helic noted that the Municipality of Gracanica will continue being on the service of businessmen.
