The Prime Minister of the Republic of Srpska, Radovan Višković, spoke on Friday in Banja Luka with representatives of the German company Mayer GMBH, which plans to expand production in the Republic of Srpska, specifically in the area of the town of Prnjavor.

President Višković expressed his satisfaction that the German company plans to make additional investments in Prnjavor, which once again showed that Republika Srpska is a suitable place for investment. He added that we have the most favorable conditions for investment, starting with tax benefits and ending with the price of electricity for businessmen, and he emphasized the high quality and expertise of the workforce.

Prime Minister Višković said that the Government will provide full support to this company in order to develop business in our country, which would enable the creation of new jobs and the improvement of the overall economic environment.

He pointed out that he was glad that such a company recognized the Republic of Srpska as a suitable place for developing production and expanding business and welcomed them to the Republic of Srpska. Prime Minister Višković emphasized that this is another proof that German companies decide to do business with us and that they recognize the positive economic environment.

The owner of Mayer GMBH is Vladimir Mayer, who is originally from Croatia and founded the company in Germany, where it currently employs around 350 workers. Majer said that his company in Prnjavor plans to build a production hall of about 5,000 square meters with the possibility of expansion. He thanked Prime Minister Višković for the reception and support and expressed that he has positive experiences from Republika Srpska, as well as that he hopes to start implementing his plans as soon as possible, eKapija writes.
