New Provocation in Foca: After the Mural to Ratko Mladic, an Image of Milorad Pelemis was painted

Another mural dedicated to the recently deceased criminal Milorad Pelemis, commander of the 10th Sabotage Detachment of the Republika Srpska (RS) responsible for the homicide of Bosniaks near Zvornik, was unveiled in Foca.

Pelemis and his unit participated in the shooting at the Branjevo farm near Zvornik, killing at least 1.200 Bosniaks.

He was a witness for the defense of Ratko Mladic, and although he himself took part in the wars throughout Yugoslavia, he was never officially convicted. After the news that he passed away on Saturday in Belgrade, his sympathizers from Foca painted a mural in his honor. A mural with the image of Ratko Mladic appeared in the same town only six days ago.

The Association of War Victims of Foca posted a photo of the mural on their Facebook profile, pointing to this shameful act and saying that Foca “is the city with the largest number of murals to war criminals from the First and Second World Wars, but also from the aggression against our country in 1992.”

Besides Pelemis and Mladic, murals to Draza Mihajlovic and other criminals were painted in this city, Klix.ba writes.
