Tomorrow in Sarajevo, a TAIEKS workshop where BiH and International experts will discuss the jurisdiction of BiH Court that needs to be precisely defined by the future law on BiH courts.

President of High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (VSTV) BiH Milorad Novković said to SRNA that he expects that the legal experts will reach certain agreement on defining the competency of BIH Court but he was not specific.

The stance of VSTV is that the Draft Law on BiH courts, which was discussed at the last session of VSTV, must precisely define the competency of BiH Court.

Members of VSTV did not reach an agreement at the last session, and VSTV said that their view on the Draft Law will be sent to BiH Ministry of Justice.

Novković said earlier that at the meeting, which will be held on 4 March, The Hague Tribunal judge Fausto Pocar will attend the meeting.
