The investigator of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH will go to the location soon, with competent persons from the Missing Persons Institute (MPI) and the International Commission for Missing Persons (ICMP) in BiH, to coordinate further activities, as announced.

The bones and remains were found at a depth of about 54 meters, and after removal of the remains, the process of expert evaluation and establishing the identity of the victims through DNA analysis, will take place.

At the specified depth were found the remains of concrete, which supports the investigation findings that the remains were filled up after throwing into the pit, in order to hide them.

The excavations will be continued, and according to collected evidence and information, there is a larger number of human remains in a natural pit Radaca, mostly victims of Serbian nationality from the previous war.

The exhumation at this location is taking place for a long time and it is difficult because it is a very inaccessible site with great depth, with the remains of concrete found, as well as explosives, and in the process of exhumation are participating alpine teams from police agencies of BiH.
