The Economic Energy Efficiency (3E), as part of the ‘year of energy efficiency in Canton Tuzla’ will promote today the EE Info Point in Tuzla Canton in municipality Kladanj.
USAID’s 3E project is worth 4,5 million dollars for the promotion of energy efficiency and through the development of a pilot project in facilities co-financed by the public and private sector.
The aim of the pilot project is to show in practice how energy efficiency saves consumers money and that it is the most economical way to reduce energy costs. As energy costs reduce, costs for consumers are lower-in the form of bills for heating, electricity and water.
Energy efficiency measures are relatively easy to implement, and return on investments happens in a short period.
Until today, the US government, primarily through USAID, ensured 1,6 million dollars to help the economic, democratic and social progress of B&H.
