Orange Alert for High Temperatures in BiH

Today, Meteoalarm issued an orange warning for the area of ​​Trebinje and Mostar, due to the announced maximum daily air temperature of more than 35 degrees Celsius. A yellow warning is in force in other areas of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The air temperature in Mostar is expected to be up to 38 degrees today.

The yellow alarm is on for the area of ​​Banja Luka, Prijedor, Sarajevo, Livno, Visegrad, Bihac, Mostar, Foca and Tuzla, where the maximum air temperature will be from 32 to 35 degrees Celsius, except in the mountains.

An orange warning means the weather is dangerous - unusual weather conditions have been forecast, and damage and human casualties are possible.

A yellow warning means the weather is potentially dangerous - the weather forecast is not uncommon, but caution is needed.
