The low-cost Turkish airline Pegasus has suspended flights from three Balkan cities to Antalya during January and February, with the resumption of service expected in March.

The affected cities are Sarajevo, Pristina, and Skopje, whose airports will temporarily lose two weekly flights to the popular tourist destination in Turkey.

Pegasus had two weekly flights from Sarajevo to Antalya until this week, and according to the airline’s website, the first direct flight to Antalya from the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) after this “winter break” is scheduled for March 3rd.

As for Pristina and Skopje, these cities will have a few more flights before the temporary suspension of this route. Specifically, the last flight from the capital of Kosovo will operate on January 18th, and from the capital of North Macedonia on January 28th.

It is worth noting that Pegasus also operates two daily flights from Sarajevo to Sabiha Gokcen Airport, located in the eastern, or Asian, part of Istanbul, Klix.ba writes.
