The special department for combating corruption and organized crime filed an indictment against the Federal Minister of Crafts and Entrepreneurship, Vojin Mijatović.
As POSKOK spokeswoman Nina Hadžihajdarević confirmed for BHT1, the indictment has been forwarded to the Special Department of the Supreme Court of FBiH and further confirmation by the Court is awaited.
The case refers to the investigation that was conducted into the announcement of public invitations and the disputed allocation of budget funds in the amount of 1.2 million KM. Due to this case, on November 6, police officers also confiscated Mijatović’s official mobile phone by order of POSKOK.
