vagina_monologuesThe Foundation CURE and Center for Girls from Niš will organize tonight at 18:00 the performance “The Vagina Monologues”, text written by Eve Ensler, at the Art Cinema Kriterion in Sarajevo.

This performance is organized within the campaign 16 days of activism against women violence. “The Vagina  Monologues” is created according to 200 real stories of women of different ages and social groups from all over the world, based on the simple idea that vagina except for reason has a tongue and can speak about her surrounding and her inside.

This is an award winning piece of Eve Ensler and it is performed at various places around the world. Reading of monologues brings always the same message- the fight against women violence.

The audience will have the chance to hear about the beautiful and ugly sides of being a woman.

Admission is free.
