This certification was preceded by a very strict checking of all operations from receipt of goods, reliable and tested suppliers, to the storage of goods, food processing, and serving.
Only few people know that halal certification is not only referring to non-consumption of alcohol and meat of pork origin but everything that is not healthy for the human body, including additives, emulsifiers, improper storage of food as well as poor treatment.

The world-famous star Madonna, who uses exclusively kosher food, is asking for Halal meals if the hotel does not serve kosher, because only then she can be sure what she is really eating.
