PM Zeljka Cvijanovic in the Prosecutor’s office in February?

zeljka-cvijanovicThe Prime Minister of Republika Srpska, Zeljka Cvijanovic. will be heard in the Prosecutor’s Office in connection with the referendum about the Day of Republika Srpska.

In the last couple of days, the statements in the Prosecutor’s Office were given by the Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mladen Ivanic and Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations, Mirko Sarovic.

They were questioned as suspects in the case of criminal offense of not enforcing the decision of the Constitutional Court under Article 239 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

The case conducted about the referendum in RS is marked as priority and made by the decision by the suspended Chief Prosecutor, Goran Salihovic.
