Pomozi.ba Association is organizing the first Humanitarian Bazaar in 2024 today. The bazaar is held at Dr. Fetaha Bećirbegovića 8, until 5 p.m.

As before, the volunteers and employees of the Association have selected various household items, books, clothes, shoes and other new and used things that visitors can buy at favorable prices.

Association spokeswoman Saliha Rokša said that citizens can bring to the bazaar some well-preserved things that they no longer use, but which could be useful to someone. Some of it, she added, can be sold at the bazaar, and some can be distributed to the users of numerous projects.

“All collected funds will be directed to help elderly, sick and infirm persons and beneficiaries of projects such as Meals for All, Monthly Packages, Snacks, Treatment Fund and other projects,” she pointed out.

She emphasized that citizens with numerous health problems turn to them for help, such as oncology patients, people with heart problems, vision problems, and even children with various types of developmental difficulties, as well as physical deformities.

“For those who are not part of the public appeal project, we launched the web campaign ‘Fund for treatment’. By calling the number 17021, you donate 2 BAM, and you can also help via the web platform http://www.pomoziba.org or by paying to a giro account, with the indication ‘Treatment’,” she explained.

She reminded that the “Meal for All” project is one of the largest projects, within which more than 1,000 meals are delivered daily.

”The project can be supported by calling the humanitarian number 17001 and thereby donating 2 BAM or one meal,” she pointed out.

On behalf of the Pomozi.ba association, she thanked everyone who trusts them and donates through the association.
