Positive Business Story: Poljoprom Company bought by Hifa Group

hifaOne of the most important investment projects in the municipality of Sanski Most in the post-war period is on the verge of realization after mayor of Sanski Most Municpality Mustafa Avdagić signed agreement with Hifa Group.

With this agreement Hifa Group from Tešanj with several business partners became the mayority owner of Agricultural Cooperative “Poljoprom” which experienced financial problems during past twelve years.

Investment plan in “Poljoprom” implies raising of livestock farms, cultivation of large land areas and employment of at least fifty employees. Privatization of “Poljoprom” could be the most important investment story in Sanski Most in the entire post-war period. Buyer will unveil its business  and investment plan next week. Local government representatives emphasized the belief that this work will be an introduction to the strong expansion of agricultural production in the area of Sanski Most.
