The Center for Civic Initiatives (CCI) will present a report in Sarajevo today on the monitoring of public employment services (JSZ) in B&H.
Since the beginning of 2013, CCI has been conducting monitoring of public employment services in B&H, the B&H Labor and Employment Agency, the two entities and the Brčko District and ten cantonal services.
The structure of income, spending of JSZ, efficiency of work, results achieved, communication with users/unemployed were analyzed, and the challenges and suggestions for more efficient work of public employment services were identified.
This event is conducted as part of the campaign ‘Jobs for the People’, which was launched mid-2013 with the goal to raise the efficiency of the work of public employment services.
The project ‘Improving the efficiency of public employment services-more opportunities for employment and higher labor rights in B&H’’ is financed by the EU.
