Process of counting Ballots started in CIK

votesIn the main center for counting votes at the headquarters of the Central Election Commission of BiH (CIK), counting of votes began today. Currently, the counting of votes is done for the categories of voters who voted on the re-election of municipal mayors and Municipal council.

According to the schedule, the votes of voters who voted by mobile team, the votes of voters who voted by tendered ballots, votes of voters who voted in absentia, and votes of voters who voted by email outside BiH will be counted today.

Accredited election observers may be present during the counting of votes in a centralized counting center. Today, votes of voters who voted by mobile team and the votes of voters who voted by tendered ballots will be counted today.

Results from the Main Center for counting will be published on the website of the CEC. CEC will count ballots of voters who voted by mail that arrives at the CEC by 1st  March this year, provided that the date of sending on the stamp is up to 19th of February.

So far, around 500 voting packages from abroad arrived at CEC.
