MoI CS: Suspect arrested for Shooting in BiH’s Capital

Almer Inajetović, who is suspected of the shooting in the restaurant on Sedrenik, was deprived of his liberty on Saturday, April 25, it was confirmed to the portal Radiosarajevo.ba.

“At 5:10 p.m., due to reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of Attempted Murder, A.I. (1983) from Sarajevo was deprived of his liberty.

Due to reasonable suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of ‘Assisting’ the perpetrator after the criminal offense was committed, A.V. (1991) and E.Z. (1982) were deprived of their liberty.

The suspects are being processed for criminal investigation in the official premises of the Police Directorate of the Ministry of the Interior of the Canton of Sarajevo,” the Police Directorate confirmed to the portal Radiosarajevo.ba.

Let us recall that on Friday, April 24, at around 7:25 p.m., the Stari Grad Police Department was notified that a firearm had been used by an unidentified person in the garden of a restaurant on Sedrenik Street.

On that occasion, two people were injured. Person N.L. (1986) was diagnosed with serious bodily injury at the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo, while person N.L (1978) was diagnosed with minor bodily injuries.

The prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of the Canton of Sarajevo was notified and qualified the event as a criminal offense of Attempted Murder (Article 166/28 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
