The program “Women in Business from Western Balkans” is officially opened today in Banja Luka.
This program supports women entrepreneurs, allowing them access to finance and know-how, all in order to develop their own companies.
The EBRD credit lines will be accessible through the local partner financial institutions (PFI) for crediting small and medium-sized enterprises run by women. This crediting will be supplemented by coverage of losses, financed by a special fund shareholder EBRD.
Additionally, the professional consulting, with network services, mentoring and coaching for business will be available as well.
Technical assistance and consultancy will be financed by the governments of Luxembourg and Sweden.
The first local partner financial institution (PFI) who joined the program is UniCredit Bank a.d. Banja Luka.
